"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
Wayne Gretzky
I just finished a live training inside a private community on the one thing that quietly kills more sales than bad copy or ugly websites:
Silence.
Showing up in inboxes regularly isn't just "nice to have"βit's survival.
Think of it like at-bats in baseball.
Send once a month? That's 12 swings a year.
Send weekly? You've got 52 chances to connect, make an offer, and stay top-of-mind.
To make it easier, I built a GPT.
Participants walked away with an AI bot that turns business info into four fully fleshed-out, on-brand emails.
How it works:
I trained an AI bot that:
β
Takes a few quick answers about your business
β
Turns them into four complete emails
β
Writes them in a storytelling, high-converting style
β
Uses your words and stories so it sounds like you (not like AI)
β
No bland, beige emails allowed
My Take
Most people overthink email frequency.
They worry about "bothering" their list.
They wait for the perfect moment.
They craft one "perfect" email per month.
Meanwhile, their competitors are taking 52 (or more) swings to their 12 (or less).
With the GPT I built, I tried to take away the excuses.
"I don't know what to write" becomes "Let me grab four emails in 5 minutes."
More at-bats. More chances to connect. More opportunities to sell.
