I made an app
I’ve been deep in what they call vibe coding all day.
Mostly unsuccessfully, to be honest.
I’ve been bouncing between Replit and Firebase Studio, watching YouTube videos, asking AI for help.
And still haven’t quite built what I set out to build.
But it’s fun. And exciting.
And I think I’m finally getting close to cracking the first piece of it.
And in the middle of all that chaos, I ended up building something else.
A while back, I shared a doc with 15 subject line frameworks you can use to write better, more clickable emails.
At the time, I asked people to leave a quick review of the newsletter and send me a screenshot to get the cheat sheet.
(Still works, by the way. You can do that here.)
So in the midst of failing on my big project, I saw how to build a simple app to use 5 of those framework and generate headlines for you.
You just drop in your email idea and a short description of your audience and it’ll generate 15 subject lines for inspiration.
(The subject line of this email was written by that app.)
It’s totally free to use for now.
I don’t know how long I’ll leave it up (or how much it’ll end up costing me) but I wanted to ship something today.
This is what’s possible with AI.
And if you use it, hit reply and let me know what you think, especially if something feels off or can be improved.
I built it in about 10 minutes, so be gentle.
Nathan
P.S. If you haven’t grabbed the full 15-framework cheat sheet yet, leave a quick review at the link above and reply with a screenshot. I’ll send it your way.
P.P.S. Thanks to those who responded to my poll yesterday. If you didn’t it’d be super helpful for me if you took literally one second to click on whichever below best describes you:
