I’m doing a little Throwback Thursday action today. I originally published this issue back in July. Most of you weren’t on my list then, so thought it was worth a re-share.

My Take
I’m as guilty of this as anyone:
Overthinking before building
Waiting for the perfect angle
Stacking up ideas but not shipping them
This article was a reminder:
Sometimes you just need to carve out a couple of hours and make the thing.
Use AI to speed it up.
Use free tools to remove friction.
Then launch, watch what happens, and adjust.
If it works? Keep going.
If it doesn’t? Kill it fast and try again.
But don’t wait.
