• Medium → Publishes a story-driven post about how he used it

• X/Twitter → Repurposes key takeaways into threads that drive back to the lead magnet

• MailerLite → Delivers the download and pitches a $9 product on autopilot

3️⃣ The Mini Offer Funnel

• Claude → Creates a $9 product (The 1-Hour Authority Ebook Blueprint)

• Gumroad → Handles sales and delivery, redirects to thank you page with strategy session offer

• Medium + X → Drives organic traffic with stories and posts

• MailerLite → Sends follow-up emails and link to strategy session

My take

I’m as guilty of this as anyone:

• Overthinking before building

• Waiting for the perfect angle

• Stacking up ideas but not shipping them

This article was a reminder:
Sometimes you just need to carve out a couple of hours and make the thing.

Use AI to speed it up.
Use free tools to remove friction.
Then launch, watch what happens, and adjust.

If it works? Keep going.
If it doesn’t? Kill it fast and try again.

But don’t wait.
